We cut your painted splashback to your exact requirements ensuring a perfect fit when it comes to installation. Due to the painted colour, you can’t cut our premium range at home, instead, we can save you time and effort and can do all your cutouts for you. Whether you need holes for light switches, sockets, notches or pipework, we can help. You can use our handy visualiser to add your cutouts to create the required shape or use one of our handy templates to add your measurements to.

A Flawless Painted Finish

For a flawless finish, the colour on our painted splashbacks is spray painted by expert sprayers with 20+ years of experience. We've learnt from many years of digital printing that spray painting is the future of coloured splashbacks. There are no visible printing lines that are inevitable with a printed splashback. When the clear acrylic is spray painted the result is a perfectly even finish that looks flawless. We recommend you order a sample to not only see the finish but also to ensure you get the perfect colour.

Easy Installation

Unlike glass splashbacks, polycarbonate is shatterproof, providing a safer option during installation. As they are made to measure, including any cutouts for sockets, switches, or pipework, there’s no cutting needed on site making installation as simple as glueing the splashback in place. Easy to Maintain

Our premium splashback are hard-coated making them scratch-resistant and easy to maintain with minimal effort. Unlike tiles, there’s no scrubbing of grout to keep them clean and hygienic, a simple wipe with a cloth and mild detergent are all you need.

Colour Samples

Can’t decide on a colour? No problem, simply order a selection of samples so that you can see the colours in your kitchen. Colours can vary on screen and in different lighting so seeing the colour on a sample at home will help you in the decision-making process.

Splashbacks Behind a Hob

It is not recommended to use a Perspex® acrylic (Gloss and Matt and Painted Splashbacks) or an Aluminium Composite Splashback behind open heat sources, such as a cooker. These materials can only tolerate temperatures of up to 80°C before discolouring and warping. Therefore, it is advised not to fit acrylic or aluminium composite splashbacks behind an electric or gas hob. However, if you have an induction hob, you may place our Matt, Gloss and Painted Splashbacks behind it with a 50mm gap between the panel and the hob. Alternatively, for an aluminium composite splashback, a 150mm gap between the panel and hob is recommended behind an induction hob.

Our toughened glass splashbacks are the most suitable option to fit behind a heat source as they have high heat resistance.

I bought some cut lacquered plywood and some white melamine faced plywood. The lacquered plywood looked great and was cut well. Unfortunately every piece of the melamine faced plywood was slightly chipped and the cut outs were rough or chipped. In the end I sanded down the edges myself and touched them up with white paint. Hence the 4 star not 5 star rating. I would recommend the lacquered plywood but wouldn’t buy the melamine faced plywood again. The quality just wasn’t there.

My first time using CutMy and any kind of service like this. Found the website easy to use although a little slow. For a couple of pieces the price was great, but I have had to order one small piece due to me messing a cut up, and they have added an extra small fee on top of the price of £12 to the cost, which I think is unfair, it does not cost you more to send a smaller item?? The items that arrived came as my specifications, they look great, cut perfect to size. Only reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 is that the delivery was a little later than specified and after reading other reviews, I was worried it was not going to turn up. So I sent an email and got no response. If I got a response then it would have been 5 stars, apart from the poor communication, everything is great. Thank you for a great service!

Very good service. Just to mention if you only require a small amount of product, ensure your order is complete and order once, I didn’t realise and ordered twice only to be charged twice for not meeting the minimum cut qty so ended up paying more for minimum cut qty than I did for the product, albeit the quality is excellent.

Easy to select the order online and reasonable turn around times too, my order wasn't massive (£60) so the 2 day turn around was great. Quality of products is excellent, they missed one of my parts but corrected it at collection so customer service is great. Could do with improving the collection reception process, its fine if you are not in a hurry and can wait for the bell to be answered. I would use again and I would recommend..
