Overall very good!
They kept us updated with delivery, however it was delayed and was delivered later than i had originally anticipated.
The packaging was very poor, only wrapped in Clingfilm!
The delivery guy brought it in pieces as a couple of bits had escaped!
Luckily it wasn’t damaged…
Could to to properly package!

After normally being constantly disappointed by customer service in the UK, I have to say that today Ricardo at Cut My has absolutely reinstalled my faith in people!!
My project had to be done this weekend so I chose collection for today. I didn’t realise this was an estimated date so called up in a panic and Ricardo went above and beyond to make sure my collection was ready by closing today. I was actually shocked as people just don’t go to these lengths anymore! I will absolutely be using CutMy for so many projects I have coming up!
