Although the item didn't arrive on time, I had to consider the time of year (Christmas). But after talking on the phone to someone about the delivery delay, he couldn't apologise enough, and so refunded the postage cost. (Not cheap)
What I ordered was cut accurately to the measurements I supplied, so therefore fitted perfectly.

Excellent experience sourcing custom shelving
I needed custom sized shelving for a full-wall twin-slot bookshelf on a budget. Cut My seemed a bit too good to be true. Reasonable prices, mm-precise dimensions, good visuals to gauge final product and respectable shipping times. There was even info on what wood would be better for my project. Everything went seamlessly and arrived on time. I bought plywood with the intention of painting it, but I like the raw product so much it's gone up exactly as it came. Absolutely delighted with everything from the interface on the website to the final product.
