One of two parcels was lost - the fault of the DX courier, not CutMy. I have had a 100% bad experience with DX. However, CutMy responded positively and replaced the missing items. Pleased with the products - very precisely cut to my specifications.

Everything was great from your end but the delivery company were a nightmare they delivered the item on the day specified but not to me after numerous calls I had to go to the address it was delivered it to and pick it up myself 3 days later i suggest you get a new courier

I was very pleased with communication and delivery. The only issue was that’s I did not think about the thinner sheets were too flimsy so had to use two together which didn’t work so well. If you want it for a greenhouse I would suggest you do the full 5mm at least.
