Christmas Ordering and Holiday Hours

We hope you’ll find it helpful to preview our Christmas opening hours as the festive season approaches.

Order early to avoid disappointment!

As we are in our busiest season, we recommend you order as soon as possible if you would like to receive your orders before Christmas. Delivery dates can vary depending on the product, especially if you've selected additional options such as edge banding or rounded corners, which may extend production times.

To get an idea of when to expect your order, please refer to the estimated delivery date on the product page after you've selected all of your options. However, please note that this is an estimate, and with the holiday rush, unexpected delays may occur. If your order doesn't come before the 24th December, it's likely that it will not be delivered until early January 2025.

Holiday Opening Hours:

• December 24th – Open until 5:00 PM
  After this time, our elves will be busy enjoying time with their families.
• December 25th - 26th – Closed
  We will be closed for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
• December 27th, December 30th and December 31st – Open with a limited team
  From December 27th, our warehouse and customer experience team will return to work with a reduced staff. As a result, our phone lines will be closed, and response times may be slower than usual. Additionally, processing times might take longer. However, we will still be open for collections during this period.
• January 1st – Closed
  We will be closed for New Year’s Day.
• January 2nd – Normal service resumes
  Our full team will be back on January 2nd, ready to assist you with all your orders and enquiries!

Where possible, you can email us at info@cutmy.co.uk where we will be sure to resolve your query upon our return. We do however ask for your patience, as we will have a more considerable backlog of queries than normal to respond to when we reopen in the new year.
