Christmas Update

We hope you’ll find it helpful to preview our pre-Christmas delivery dates to help you plan when to buy. As we are in our busiest season, we recommend you order as soon as possible. Because of the holidays, any orders that miss the below cutoff dates won't arrive until early January 2024.

In addition, our elves will be busy enjoying time with their families over the holidays and so our offices will be closed as of 17.00 GMT on 22/12/2023 so we will be unable to answer queries until 02/01/2024 when we return at 09.00 GMT.

Where possible, you can email us at info@cutmy.co.uk where we will be sure to resolve your query upon our return. We do however ask for your patience, as we will have a more considerable backlog of queries than normal to respond to when we reopen in the new year.

The stuff I ordered was as I expected which should not be difficult as the ordering process was not a challenge. The thing that impressed me was that I picked it up myself. They have a few units on the industrial estate so I went to the wrong one. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful as were the other people I dealt with at the correct unit. It took sometime for the plexiglass glass the phone system is not working and emails are slow to respond...Saying that I am happy with my order the glass was heavy protected around the edges the size is perfect and the glass has UV filter I will use them again
