Panelling kit
I ordered the panelling kit and found the website generally clear and easy to use. However, one detail I missed and this is likely due to the amount of information provided—was that panels over a certain height are delivered in two equal sections. Although this is mentioned on the site, I overlooked it, which has resulted in a visible join in my panelling that I hadn’t anticipated.
I also chose the primed panels, but was disappointed to find they were only primed on the front and back.
Overall, the kit itself is of good quality and I’m very pleased with it, but a few small improvements and clearer emphasis on key details on the website would make the experience much better.
I did speak to the customer services team and they were happy to assist and help to the best of their ability. I would recommend cutmy.co.uk.

Got the same item from Amazon prime. 20 clips for £3.50 and no delivery charge. I didn’t order enough for the shelves I ordered. Asked your company if they would post in an envelope with a stamp so I did not have to pay £9.95 delivery again. Just replied with a link to the shelf supports. Very poor customer care.
