Overall very good!
They kept us updated with delivery, however it was delayed and was delivered later than i had originally anticipated.
The packaging was very poor, only wrapped in Clingfilm!
The delivery guy brought it in pieces as a couple of bits had escaped!
Luckily it wasn’t damaged…
Could to to properly package!

The only issue was there wasn't any instructions to understand what piece went where.
Change a few items on my order and the service was faultless.
Luckily I'm handy with CAD so was able to suss things out.

After normally being constantly disappointed by customer service in the UK, I have to say that today Ricardo at Cut My has absolutely reinstalled my faith in people!!
My project had to be done this weekend so I chose collection for today. I didn’t realise this was an estimated date so called up in a panic and Ricardo went above and beyond to make sure my collection was ready by closing today. They did not arrive with the package, several emails later I finally received them. Anyway, for me they were not suitable. They were thicker than I thought and made my dressing table top protector sit too high. So I’m managing without them with the topper moving around a little.
