The stuff I ordered was as I expected which should not be difficult as the ordering process was not a challenge. The thing that impressed me was that I picked it up myself. They have a few units on the industrial estate so I went to the wrong one. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful as were the other people I dealt with at the correct unit. These clips are made of slightly thicker steel than the ones I earlier purchased at another outlet and thus although slightly harder to fit as a consequence, hold the 3mm thick acrylic sheets in place more firmly. This is important for me living on the edge of Exmoor, where the wind can sometimes be very strong. I should add that for anyone not experienced in fitting such clips, wearing spectacles or safety glasses in essential, as the clips can spring out when being fitted and hit you in the face.
