Completely idiot proof. Great company.
Loved the process, measuring and seeing the size on screen made me realise that I could use this in my summer house. It was very easy to place my order and I got emails to let me know when it was being cut, when it was dispatched. When it arrived it was very well packed in recycleable card board and both sides had a protective layer so when I was moving it about, it was protected from scratches.

Having not read the reviews I first used a company Wanna for my undersink top. What a load of rubbish I received at a cost. I then read the reviews, all one star. Realising I would never get a refund. I tried Cut My. Thank you for a genuine company. Order received and acknowledged. Far price and quick delivery. Slight delay in the order, but notified the day before expected delivery that it would be a day later. Quick enough delivery and cut accurately enough to make pickup draw units, all in much less time than any of the pre-made draws would have even been delivered.

My order was delayed by over two weeks, which I was prepared to accept—until the item finally arrived and turned out to be completely incorrect. I raised a support ticket online (Ticket #296315) but received no response.
After hearing nothing back, I had to call customer service. They arranged a pickup for the incorrect item and promised to send the correct one. The person was polite. I then waited another two weeks, only for the replacement to also be wrong.
I paid a premium for double-sided panels costing over £30, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. I submitted another support ticket (#301959), but once again, there's been no reply.
I'm utterly disappointed with the lack of communication and repeated errors.
I do not like leaving bad reviews as there are always mitigating circumstances, but the combination of repeated incompetence and lack of communication isn't ok.
