I love the finished product and my item looks great on the shelf. Used to dipaly and store my hi fi system so it really shows it off. The veneered finish is also varnishable and having the edging details are excellent. Delivery slightly delayed but I was not in a hurry for the project.

Really thought it was bargain. Just needed a work top not an expensive kitchen countertop. Took the measurements and ordered easy enough online. Delivery dates and communication could be better three dates given arrived on a different one entirely. Only thing that let it down was packaging the corners were damaged as they didn’t have protective packaging on them. Took pics sent them in hopefully this whont happened to future customers. Customer service although very busy did eventually get back to me and offer a discount.

Good service. Was an error in the address so the courier tried to deliver 90 miles away - but soon resolved by email exchange and diverted to correct address within a couple of days. Also one piece of order was wrong length but again sorted quickly by email and expedited replacement.
