Great ordering process and fast delivery with good protective packaging. I ordered high quality and quite expensive Baltic Birch and was slightly disappointed that extensive and large 'knotting' type markings were present on one side. I appreciate it is/was a natural wooden product but to have this on a premium product I would have preferred a better selection process for such a small sized sheet. Otherwise faultless!!
