I wanted Shaker style panelling and this was so easy. All I had to do was measure the wall, decide how many rows and columns I wanted and what thickness mdf. Once I had approved the preview I was able to place my order.
The panelling arrived quickly and was a perfect fit.
Next time I think I might order the mdf ready primed, as I had to lightly sand it after the first coat of paint but mdf always becomes slightly rough when you apply the first coat, so I was expecting it.

The item was delivered damaged, through no fault of theirs, they packaged the item really well unfortunately the delivery company weren't so careful.
I contacted them said I could use it in a fashion so I would keep it, but they refunded me in full.

I ordered some alcove shelves from this company, who seemed to offer both floating and alcove shelves. I assumed that the alcove shelves would have additional support on the side of the shelves which could be attached to the sides of the alcove, providing additional strength whilst still remaining hidden. There was no information about this either way on the website, but as they specifically offered alcove shelving I though it was reasonable to assume.
What arrived had no side supports available and was just a standard floating shelf. I enquired about this but several weeks on have had no response.
The shelves themselves look to be well made and were well packaged, arriving without damage, but given the weaker nature of floating shelves and the fact that I ordered the maximum available depth and want to put a fair bit of weight on them, I'm not confident that they're fit for purpose.
Given the lack of response from customer support it's now looking like I'll have to modify these myself, which will take time and presumable void any warranty.
I would not be able to recommend the company based on my experience, but if you just want floating shelves then it should be fine
