Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a number of secondary glazing acrylic sheets and some magnetic glazing tape from the company. These arrived extremely quickly and were well packaged to avoid transit damage. I was impressed.
Unfortunately, when installed, one of the panels slipped from the magnetic tape and a corner was broken. The company replaced both the panel and the tape and I can't speak highly enough of the customer service provided by James Geary. He is a great ambassador for the company.
I will certainly use the company again.
All our shelves are handcrafted in our Sussex workshop to the highest standards. We create our shelves from either high-quality MF or pine sheets, which are 50mm thick and 225 in depth. We can cut these to any length to fit your space.
