Meet Our Expert Joiners: Terry and Jamie
Terry and Jamie bring over 40 years of expertise and craftsmanship to Cut My. Terry has been crafting bespoke furniture and units over the last 27 years, including an apprenticeship with a high-end London furniture maker. A City & Guilds-certified bench joiner, he later became a director at a bespoke furniture company.
Jamie began as a skilled paint sprayer in the same company where Terry trained, later transitioning into furniture making under Terry's mentorship, a craft he grew passionate about. The duo has worked together for over 15 years, combining their talents to create custom furniture with precision and care. Their longstanding partnership is at the heart of every project at Cut My Bespoke.

The delivery and product was absolutely fine.
The only issue was there wasn't any instructions to understand what piece went where.
Change a few items on my order and the service was faultless.
Luckily I'm handy with CAD so was able to suss things out.
4.5 out of 5 - the lack of fitting instructions is the only down side to this.

After normally being constantly disappointed by customer service in the UK, I have to say that today Ricardo at Cut My has absolutely reinstalled my faith in people!!
My project had to be done this weekend so I chose collection for today. "Cut My" sold us four large triangles ( approx 1.6 x 1.0m) of polycarbonate and acrylic. They were supplied exactly as specified, and for a fair price. We are using them to encapsulate (and so protect) three large panels of stained glass. So far, they are working very well.

Easy to use and order online. Large selection of materials and finishes. I ordered a number of large pieces to finish a front room media wall project in oak. Unfortunatly in transit despite being very well packaged some of the corners were damanaged but I was able to use them in my project in a way to minimise the damage. Cut My did refund me some money on the order as a result and I will be ordering again to finish the project so this did not put me off.
