I placed an order for shelves two weeks ago and paid via Klarna. Unwittingly, the delivery charge was removed during the payment process. I later received an email requesting payment for delivery, which I promptly settled. However, due to an internal clerical error, the order was placed on hold. When I followed up over a week later, I was told the items wouldn’t arrive in time—leaving me in a bit of a pickle. Despite my frustration, Ricardo from Cut My completely understood the urgency. Had a change of deco in the sitting room change the carpet to oak flooring along with getting new oak side tables for the settee . My TV stand had a mahogany top so instead of buying a new one I ordered a new oak top from My Cut and swooped it over. It looks really good, and I'm delighted how it worked out.
